BARLOW FY26

The engine behind the brand. What we run with you this year, how each part works inside your business, and what it costs.
For Sam and Chelsea BarlowPrepared by LOVRJuly 2026
Where you are today

A strong brand, and a problem underneath it.

You came to us with the brand already working. The content was landing. What sat underneath it was an old posting tool, and behind that the lag, the slipped posts and the backlog. You wanted one system that fixes the timing, runs the advertising, and shows you the whole picture in one place.

Today your engagement with us is a content retainer: monthly creative direction, shoot days, your videos, clips and stills, and the social strategy and posting for BARLOW and By BARLOW. It is a strong base. Everything in this document is built on top of it.

The gap is not attention. You get attention. The gap is what happens to a person between the moment they notice you and the moment they sign.

The strategy, in one line

You do not need to out-build the field. You need to out-engage it.

The whole Gold Coast market, from the largest developer down to the boutique builder next door, has left the same lane empty. Nobody runs founder-led, human, engaged content. Nobody puts the people behind the brand in front of the camera.

You are the only builder on the Coast positioned to own that lane, because the one thing no competitor can copy is Sam and Chelsea themselves.

So the year runs on a simple shape. We run a proper marketing engine. We put through it the content the field cannot replicate. And we measure the commercial return at every step, so the spend stops being the question and the result becomes the point.

Part one · Content and Creative

The content the field cannot replicate.

The founders come into itSam and Chelsea on camera is the advantage nobody can match. A young, design-led couple talking honestly about the calls behind a build. He Said, She Said on a real decision. The site walk and the honest call on a stone or a structural choice. We produce it, direct it and edit it. You bring yourselves.founders
One shoot feeds every platformInstagram and TikTok carry the vertical lifestyle. Pinterest carries your stills and project work, built the way a search platform reads them. LinkedIn is a different register, built for the trade, the suppliers and the funders. We reshape each piece for the platform it sits on, so a single shoot becomes a month across five channels.reach
The base holdsYour creative direction, your shoots, your stills and your project content all continue. The strategy simply points them at the founders and the story, where the engagement is.the base

This is the half of the year you can already see. The rest of this document is the half you cannot.

Part two · Introducing LOVR-Sphere™

A brand only pays when it is seen, answered and sold.

LOVR-Sphere™ is the single connected system that captures the people your content attracts, looks after them, and turns attention into clients. Run quietly in the background while you stay on the work you do best. You never log into a platform, learn a tool or chase a vendor. It runs under your name, managed by us, and reported back to you in one read.

LeadsEvery enquiry, from your ads, your site, your listings and your socials, lands in one place and is answered fast. The system files each one into the part of your business it belongs to, then works it, nurtured with follow-up that runs until the person replies.the hub
SocialWe plan, schedule and publish a full month of content across every platform, on time. When you want your own trending sound on a reel, a notification hits Chelsea's phone, one tap, it is live.social
AdsWe build, run and watch your paid campaigns, with a real person holding the budget. Almost nobody in your field runs paid at all, so this is open ground. Your spend goes straight to the platform, never through us.ads
Search, your site and the reportFound on Gold Coast searches and named properly to the new answer engines. The website we built for you kept live and current. And one branded read each month tying it all to the result.the proof
Built to your business, not to a category

Your enquiries do not all mean the same thing.

You run four service lines, not one: New Builds, Alterations and Additions, Continued Care, and Development. Each attracts a different person on a different timeline, and today all four arrive through a single contact form. So the system splits them into your real lanes.

New buildProspective custom home clients. The core lane. Longest cycle, highest value.lane 01
RenovationThe major alterations and additions, the Bon Sol and KOKOMO kind of work. Different budget, shorter runway, often a faster decision.lane 02
ArchitectsReece Keil Design, Studio B Designs, Amores Design and the studios you have not met yet. They send the work. A relationship lane, courted deliberately.lane 03
Referral and tradeStone Style, Render X, Fuller Electrical, Modinex and the wider supplier ecosystem. Already in your content. Not yet in any system.lane 04
Development and fundersBackers and partners for projects like Somewhere on Jefferson, looked after in their own lane.lane 05
Continued CareEvery client you have already handed over to. Your warmest referral source and your best content.lane 06
The thing that changes everything

Your decision runs in years, not weeks.

A custom home at your price band is commonly twelve to twenty four months from first enquiry to signed contract, then another twelve to eighteen months in build. Almost nothing in standard marketing infrastructure is designed for that. A follow-up sequence that gives up after three weeks is not a follow-up sequence for your business.

The single most valuable thing this system does is keep a serious buyer warm for two years without anyone at BARLOW having to remember them.

Continued Care is an asset nobody is using. Your own words: your involvement is long-term, supporting both the home and the client past completion. Right now that lives in people's heads. In the system it becomes a maintenance schedule, a referral request at the right moment, a review invitation, and a supply of real content from finished homes that still look their best.

And you run two brands. BARLOW and By BARLOW speak to different audiences, and they need to be separable in the data, so you can tell what each one actually produces.

Every journey is walked end to end before a real enquiry ever enters it.
The website expansion · the reasoning

Four pages your site has been missing.

1. The system cannot sort what the form does not ask. Today there is one project enquiry form. A new build, an architect sending a referral, a renovation and a potential backer for Somewhere all arrive through the same field and land the same way. Every lane depends on the form asking two or three more questions. This work is a dependency of the leads system, not an accessory to it.

2. The founder strategy needs somewhere to land. The whole year is founder-led. Every named Gold Coast builder above the $1.5M band publishes founders and team. A team page is what turns that content into credibility.

3. Your process is already written. It has just never been published. The eleven-step framework from the Cali Residence build exists in your strategy work. GRAYA, Hampton Homes and Burleigh Constructions all publish a process page. Yours is the most persuasive document you own for a client deciding between three builders, and it is currently invisible.

4. Somewhere on Jefferson has nowhere to land. It is pre-launch, it carries a teaser series, and it reaches both buyers and potential backers.

Search and answer engines · one of two

Built for brand. Now built to be found.

Titles, metadata and headingsRewritten across every page with the Gold Coast geography modifier, so BARLOW competes on local intent rather than brand-only search. H1 through H3 set to describe what each page is about, not only who it belongs to.01
LocalBusiness schemaAdded to the homepage with name, address, phone, geo coordinates, hours and areas served across Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Beach, Palm Beach, Broadbeach, Currumbin, Tugun, Coolangatta, Tallai and Hope Island. The single highest-return search addition for a coast-catchment builder.02
Per-project schemaPlace and Product markup on every project page carrying name, suburb and completion year, so ZARMA, Cali, Bon Sol, KOKOMO, Aruma, NAMIYA and AXL and ALCHEMY each become an indexable, citable entity.03
Sitemaps, redirects, canonicals and speedXML sitemap generated, submitted and maintained. Full redirect and 404 pass. Open Graph and canonicals set across every page. Core Web Vitals measured and recorded. Image alt text rewritten to carry suburb and category language.04
Search and answer engines · two of two

Being cited is the new front page.

Answer engine optimisationBuyers increasingly ask an AI answer engine and get back a synthesised answer citing a small number of sources. Being one of those sources is won by structured data, clear entity definition, and content a machine can read and attribute. An llms.txt file is published and crawler policy is set to permit the answer engines rather than block them by default.05
Google Business Profile and Houzz ProGoogle Business Profile claimed, verified and completed with categories, the nine service areas, hours, project photography and Q&A. Houzz Pro profile created and populated, since Houzz is the standard review platform for Australian residential builders and your comparable set is already on it. Review invitations then flow from the Continued Care journey.06
Backlinks, the honest versionYour strongest link opportunity is already sitting in your content plan. The architect and supplier conversations with Reece Keil Design, Stone Style, Render X, Fuller Electrical and Modinex give five named businesses a reason to link to you. Published as journal pieces on your own site rather than only as social posts, each becomes an indexable page and a likely backlink from a real industry site.07
What the tracking is actually forFifteen conversion events defined, from project enquiry through to consultation booked. Every visitor becomes part of a retargeting audience the business owns. The point of all of it is one sentence: at the end of every month you can see which activity produced which enquiry, instead of estimating.08

If the relationship ever ends, you keep all of it, in full, at no cost, with the documentation to run it. LOVR's access is manager-level and revocable.

Why this is not an implementation

Many agencies deliver campaigns. Few build infrastructure.

An implementation is a handover. Somebody builds a system, passes over the keys and leaves, and what you own afterwards is a well-built empty machine. A CRM is only worth what flows through it. Your decision cycle runs twelve to twenty four months before a contract and another twelve to eighteen through the build, so almost nothing that matters in your business happens inside a quarter.

What decides whether this database is worth nothing or worth a year of work is not the build. It is everything that runs through it afterwards: the campaigns, the creative, the nurture that holds someone for two years, the search visibility that compounds, and the new automations each project needs.

The commercial test. One additional new build at your price band is worth several years of this entire engagement, monthly included. The system does not have to transform the business to justify itself. It has to stop one serious enquiry going cold.

The result

Not simply more enquiries. A growing business asset.

The result is not a longer list of leads. It is a database that gets more valuable every month: every architect who has ever referred you, every client you have handed over to, every serious buyer who was eighteen months early, and every enquiry traced back to the thing that produced it.

Built once, owned by you, and worth more with every project that follows.

Tell us where you want to start, and we will map the rest to you. We think the right shape is the engine first, the founders and the system running together from the top of the year, with the films, the awards and the rest layered in as the year builds. But it is your call, and we will set it to suit you.
